Pão de Queijo Prático (Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread)
Small golden balls that God bestowed upon big-balled Brazilians

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) tapioca flour [Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour on Harris Teeter, Food Lion, or Amazon)
1 can (225 ml) table cream [Nestlé Media Crema on Food Lion or Walmart]
1/2 cup (125 ml) parmesan cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup (125 ml) mozzarella cheese (shredded)
a pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together, and knead them with your hands. Add more tapioca flour if necessary to adjust the consistency. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. After that, the mixture should be thick enough to roll into (non-sticky) balls with your hands. Roll the mixture into 1 inch-sized balls. Place the balls on a greased baking tray, and bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes or until they turn golden. Enjoy!
