Banana Bread
Old-fashioned American banana bread, straight from granny's kitchen. Are your bananas turning brown? Then they're perfect for this recipe!

Ingredients

3-4 overripe bananas (even brown bananas work!)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
pecans (optional)

Instructions

Combine all in loaf pan (or muffin tins). Bake at 325 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
