Sqaush Casserole
Ingredients
/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cups cubed squash
1 cup shredded cheese
Topping
1 box stove top chicken flavor stuffing
1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
1. Mix together butter and stuffing
2. Place 1/2 dressing in bottom of buttered pan
3. Mix squash mixture together and put on top of dressing
4. Top with remaining dressing
5. Bake 350 for 50 to 60 minutes
