Sausage or Crawfish Pie
Recipe makes 2 pies.


1 pound ground hot sausage
2 bundles green onions
1 (8) ounce jar sliced mushrooms
16 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
1 small carton whipping cream
Tony's seasoning
2 regular pie shells

*For Crawfish Pie - use 1 pound crawfish tails.


Brown and drain sausage. In mixing bowl add sausage, drained mushrooms, cheese, and onions; add 3/4 whipping cream and stir. Pour into baked pie shells. Pour remaining cream on top and sprinkle with Tony's seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
