Chocolate Cherry Cake
My friend and co-worker Debbie Graves brought this cake to work. It is over the top easy, moist, chocolate-y & delicious. It is one of the most requested cakes I make.
Ingredients
Dark Chocolate Cake Mix21 oz Can Cherry Pie Filling
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
Instructions
Pour cake mix into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
*Icing
1/3 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar
5 TBSP Butter
Cook to boiling and sugar is dissolved.
Stir in 6 oz Chocolate Chips - until melted.
Pour over warm cake.
*Instead I use a can of Dark Fudge Icing on cooled cake.
