Crabmeat Dip
Ingredients
1 lb Backfin Crab meat1 lb Shrimp (any size - cut into small pieces - size of the tip of baby finger)
4 oz Jar of Pimento - chop finely
8 oz Cream Cheese - soften
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
Instructions
Mix ingredients together. Add milk or mayo (or both) to thin. Salt and pepper to taste.Serve warm or cold. Can be heated in mircrowave.
