Corn Puddin'
Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn drained (I use the sweet corn)1 can cream style corn
1 (8oz) pkg corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
Mix all together and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.I use a well greased, 10" x 2" round ceramic dish.
