IngredientsCilantro (Coriander) – 1 large bunch, including stems
Garlic – 5 large cloves
Green Chilies – 2 to 3 or to taste
Tamarind Pulp – to taste
Salt – to taste
Sugar – pinch
Water – very little if needed to help grinding process
Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions1. Place all ingredients in a blender EXCEPT Oil and grind to a smooth paste.
2. Add Oil and grind to incorporate.
