Cheese Ball - Nancy
I got this recipe around 1990 from a Furniture/Today co-worker, Nancy Reddick. The zesty Italian dressing gives it a delicious flavor. If you are looking for a unique appetizer this is it. I get requests for the recipe every time I serve it.
Ingredients16 oz (2 8oz packages) cream cheese
2 1/2 oz chipped beef
1 small green pepper
1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing (liquid not a packet)
Small jar of pimentos - Optional - the original recipe did not call for this. I add it for the red color during Christmas.
Chopped nuts or grated parmesan cheese or minced parsley (fresh or dried - depends what you like).
