Kielbash w/Apricot and Dijon Mustard
If you’re looking for a super easy appetizer to make for your Halloween, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve or any other party this Sweet & Spicy Crock Pot Kielbasa is perfect. You can substitute turkey sausage, meatball or cocktail franks for the kielbasa.
Ingredients
2 lb kielbasa or smoked sausage1 cup apricot preserves
½ cup dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Cut the sausages into bite-size pieces,set aside.2. Combine apricot preserves and dijon mustard in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. (I do this step in the crock pot. No need to wash a bowl.)
3. Combine everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
4. Serve with toothpicks
