The Guacumole


3 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and pulp cut into chunks or roughly mashed
1/3 cup white onion, finely chopped
1 chile serrano or jalapeƱo, or to taste, minced (seeding is optional)
1/3 cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
3 tbsp fresh squeezed limeor lemon juice
1 Fresh tomato
1 tsp salt, more or less to taste
1 tsp ground pepper


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve!
