The Sauteed' Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 pkgs. White Button Mushrooms
4 cloves chopped minced garlic
1/2 teas. Nutmeg
1/4 cup Sutterhome White Ziffendale wine
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Fresh cracked pepper
Salt lightly with Kosher Salt not to much
1/4 cup Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Melt butter and saute garlic over medium heat. Slice the mushrooms in half. Add the mushrooms to the garlic butter pan. Stir until the mushrooms begin to soften. Add the nutmeg and pepper and stir. Add the wine. Last add the parmesan cheese. Serves 4 as a side dish.
