Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

1 Lb. Ground Beef (73/27)
4 Tbls. Crumbled Blue Cheese
4 Tbls. Steak Sauce (A-1)
4 Tbls. Butter
Garlic Powder
Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Instructions

Divide ground beef into 4 equal parts. Make 4 patties. Sprinkle 2 Tbls. of Blue Cheese each on 2 patties. Place other beef portions on top and form into thin patties leaving the blue cheese in the middle. Heat butter in a large skillet. Place the patties in the skillet when over medium-high heat. Add a pinch of salt to the burgers then generously grind black pepper on them. Cook until crusty brown on the bottom then turn them over. Repeat pepper and garlic seasoning. Do not drain. Add 2 tbls. of steak sauce each to the top of each burger. Continue to fry until bottom is crusty brown.
