White Chocolate Cashew Popcorn

Ingredients

1 bag microwave buttered popcorn
10 oz. white almond bark
1/2 cup cashew halves chopped
cinnamon
brown sugar

Instructions

Prepare popcorn in microwave. Put popcorn in large collander. Shake to remove unpopped kernals. Melt almond bark in a double boiler. Stir to melt completely. Stir in chopped cashew halves. Mix with popcorn. Mix well. Spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Allow to cool completely in a refrigerator. About 15 minutes. Break apart and place in a gallon size storage bag. Store in a cool place. Makes 2 quarts.
