Ingredients
2 pound frozen ground beef 70/301 Large sweet onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
4 Pepperoncini Peppers sliced
1/3rd cup pepperoncini juice from the jar
4 tablespoons Garlic Powder
1 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10) ounce can HOT rotel, undrained
2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
Brown ground beef in the pressure cooker until brown and crumbly, 8 to 10 minutes. Release the pressure.Open the pressure cooker. Stir in the onion, green pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Stir in the onion Add the garlic, and cook and stir for about 30 more seconds. Return the meat to the pressure cooker; mix in the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, brown sugar, red pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano,salt, and chicken broth
Lock the lid, Cook under high pressure for 8 minutes. Remove cooker from the heat, and let the pressure reduce on its own,
garnish with sour cream, chilantro, and grated cheddar cheese.
