Coconut Sweet and Sour Sausage Balls

Ingredients

1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. white vineger
4 tbls. shredded coconut

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll sausage into about 1" balls. Well brown the sausage in a skillet. Heat the honey on low heat, add the vinegar. Place the sausage in a small baking dish, add the warm honey and sprinke with the coconut.. Bake for 15 minutes
