Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter1 small onion
1 garlic clove
2 tsp brown sugar
1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
15 oz pumpkin puree
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Melt butter over medium.Add onion, garlic, sugar, 1-2 min until soft.
Add broth, water, salt, pepper, boil, reduce to low, 15 min.
Add pumpkin, milk, cinnamon, 5 min.
Blend till smooth.
