Makes 2 Servings by Green Chef
Ingredients4 oz Raw Smoked Salmon
1-3/4 cup Potato, 1/2" diced
2 oz Salmon Cake Mix (capers, onion, thyme, olive oil, sale & pepper?)
1/4 cup Panko Crumbs
Instructions1. Preheat 450'.
2. Boil potatoes, salt, 8 min. Cool, mash.
3. Add salmon, cake mix, half panko crumbs, mix, rest in fridge 5 min.
4. Form into 4 patties, coat in panko.
5. Sear over medium-high 3 min one side, flip, bake 5 min.
Serve with saute spinach & radish. Top with cucumber cream.
