Tomato Bisque

Ingredients

4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced bacon
28 oz stewed tomato
3 cup water
5 tbsp flour
1 cup heavy cream
1.5 tsp salt
Pepper

Instructions

1. Medium high, melt butter, add bacon until crisp, set sides bacon.
2. Medium, add stewed tomato, water, flour, cook 3 min.
3. Simmer 30 min, cool.
4. Blend smooth, reheat medium, whisk in heavy cream, salt, pepper.
5. Garnish with bacon.
