No Yeast Naan


2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cups low-fat yogurt


1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt.
2. Add yogurt, knead till it holds together.
3. Form dough into ball, put in oiled bowl, covered with towel, let rest for 1 hour min.
4. Cut dough into 5 pcs. Form ball and press flat.
5. Convection bake, 400 degrees, 3 min.
