蔥油餅

Ingredients

3 cup flour
1.5 cup water (2:1 cold to hot water ratio)
salt
scallions

Instructions

1. 一杯水開三杯粉, 繼續加水適量.
2. 搓粉至柔軟, 展平至薄片.
3. 掃油,加鹽蔥.
4. 捲起條狀, 捲成旋轉蝸牛殼, 再展平.
5. 中小火煎兩面.
