Oven Beef Back Ribs
Ingredients
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar2 honey
4 lb beef back ribs
Olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chilli pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven 250F. Line tray & drip pan with foil for easy cleanup.2. Mix salt, pepper, chilli, onion, garlic.
3. Rib on baking tray, rib side down. Rub with olive oil and seasoning.
4. Bake rib uncovered 1 hour.
5. Mix vinegar, honey for glaze.
6. Baste 1/3 of glaze. Bake 1 hour. Repeat 3 times.
7. Reduce to 200F. Bake 1 hour, for extra tenderness & caramelized exterior.
