蔥爆牛肉
Ingredients
1lb beef/lamb, shredded4 stalks scallion
5 pc garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
Marinade:
1 egg
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp flour
Instructions
1. Marinade meat.2. Start wok, stir fry meat to almost done, 5 min. Set aside.
3. Start wok, scallion whites, garlic, add meat, oyster sauce, quick stir.
4. Add scallion greens, rice wine.
