黑椒雞扒
Ingredients
4 chicken thigh filletMarinade:
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp flour
pinch salt
Sauce:
1/2 onion
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp black pepper, grounded
1 cup chicken stock
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Pan fry chicken thigh both sides till cooked, set aside.2. Same pan, add onion, sugar, salt, sautee.
3. Add soy sauce, flour, black pepper, chicken stock. Simmer till thick.
