Ingredients
4 slice pork chopMarinade:
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp flour
1 tsp rice wine
Sauce:
1 onion, thick slices
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Instructions
1. Pan fry and oven finish pork chop 145F and rest.2. Sautee onion, soy sauce, sugar, water.
3. Pour over.
