Marinated Rib Eyes

Ingredients

1/3 cup hot water
3 TBS finely chopped onion
2 TBS cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 TBS spoons soy sauce
1 tsp beef bouillon granules
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
2 rib eye steaks (about 1" thick and 12 oz each

Instructions

In bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients, Remove 1/2 cup of marinade and refrigerate. Pierce steaks several times with fork place in a dish and pour marinade over steaks, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove steaks discard marinade, Grill uncover over medium high heat, until desired doneness. meat thermometer reads 160 for well done.
