Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

8 thin boneless pork loin chops
1 tsp fresh parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp EVOO
Lemon Juice

Instructions

In a large zip lock bag place the pork chops in followed by the 1 TSP of EVOO

add the sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and dried dill to the bag

shake around , get it all mixed together

throw in fridge over night until ready to bake

in a large casserole dish drizzle a little lemon juice on the bottom

place the pork chops evenly in casserole dish ( I lightly sprinkled extra dill and onion powder on top of the pork before placing in oven)

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until no pink in middle of meat ( all ovens cook differently)

serve with vegetable of choice!
