Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice3 medium beets (9 ounces), cooked, peeled and quartered
1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
3 tablespoons raw honey
1 1/2 cups baby kale
Instructions
InstructionsIn a high speed blender, mix together ingredients in order listed and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve.
Notes
For fresh beets: In a medium saucepan, cook beets covered for approximately 30-40 mins or until fork tender. Rinse with cold water, drain, and cool.
!If fresh beets aren't available, you may substitute an 8 to 9-ounce package of whole baby beets for the fresh beets.
