MICROWAVE CHEESECAKE
microwave is 1000 watts.
yogurt - any flavor you like
Ingredients
Base:250g of your choice of biscuits
125g of melted butter
Filling:
1kg of yogurt - I used vanilla
1 x 395g tin of condensed milk
the juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Line a cake pan with wax paper, bottom and sides. Combine melted butter with the crumbs, stir and put in a round cake pan, press down firmly, put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.Combine yogurt with the condensed milk and microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Take it out stir and put it back in the microwave for 3 1/2 minutes. Next stir in the juice of 1 lemon mix well.
Pour mixture into the cookie crust, refrigerate for 6 - 8 hours or until firm.
