Ingredients2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup almond paste, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup sugar, divided
2 cups flour
InstructionsBeat butter and almond paste until smooth.
Add 1 cup sugar and eggs.
Mix in flour.
Spread in greased 13x9 inch pan.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. It will not brown.
Cover, and store in refrigerator.
Serve at room temperature.
