Ingredients1 boxed yellow cake mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
11 ounce can mandarin oranges with juice
1 box (4-serv) coconut instant pudding mix
20 ounce can crushed pineaplle with juice
8 ounces cool whip
Mix cake, oil, eggs, mandarin oranges, and vanilla together with a mixer. Beat for a couple of minutes to break up the oranges into tiny pieces.
Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan.
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool completely before frosting.
Beat pudding and pineapple together for a couple of minutes until thick.
Fold in cool whip.
Spread over cake.
