Chicken & Stuffing Bake
Ingredients
4 cups chicken stuffing mix, water and butter6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
Prepare stuffing according to pkg directions.Spoon across center of 13x9 inch pan.
Place chicken on each side of stuffing.
Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
Stir soup, milk, and parsley together.
Pour over chicken.
Cover, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
I've also made this with boiled chicken breasts. I spread the stuffing over the entire bottom of the pan. Top it with chicken, then soup. The chicken still comes out nice and juicy.
