Lattice Top Chicken
Ingredients
1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted1 cup milk
1/2 tsp season salt
1 bag California blend vegetables, thawed
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions
1 tube crescent rolls (creations, if you can find it)
Instructions
Combine soup, milk, season salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, and half of the onions.Place in 9x9 inch pan.
Bake, covered, at 375 for 20 minutes.
Pinch seams of cresent rolls; cut into strips.
Place strips on top of casserole to form a lattic top.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
Top lattice wtih remaining onions, and then the remaining cheese.
Bake for another 5 minutes, or until cresent rolls are done.
