Mexican Rice
Ingredients
1 cup instant white rice1 8-oz can tomato sauce
8 oz warm water
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Calde de Tomate (tomato bouillon)
2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except the rice.When it comes to a boil, add the rice.
Remove from heat.
Let sit for 5 minutes, or until most liquid is absorbed.
