Spicy Bar Pretzels & Ranch Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients
PRETZELS1⁄4 lb small pretzels
3/4 - 1 cup vegetable oil
1 (1 oz) package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper - adjust to taste
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
DIP
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 packet (1 oz) ranch dip mix
1/2 to 3/4 cup beer
Instructions
PRETZELSMix all ingredients in zip bag.
Bake at 200 degrees for one hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
Spread on to wax paper to cool before storing in an air-tight container.
DIP
Combine cheddar, cream cheese and dip mix.
Add 1/2 cup beer.
Add more beer to gain desired consistency.
