Breakfast Casserole 2
Ingredients
2 lbs maple sausage2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup French onion dip
30 oz O'Brien hash browns
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown Sausage; drain; rinse and set aside.In a large bowl mix the cheese, soup, sour cream, dip, salt & pepper. Fold in thawed hash browns.
Layer half of the potato mixture, then all the sausage & top with the remaining potatoes.
Cover with foil & bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
Remove foil & bake an additional 10 mins.
