Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
1/4 cup milk1 cup sour cream
10 oz cream of chicken soup
1 can corn, drained
2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
16 oz tater tots, thawed
1.5 cups cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine milk, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, corn, seasonings and chicken in medium size bowl.
Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into 9X13 pan.
Place tater tots on top of mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over tater tots.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes uncovered.
Serve warm and enjoy.
