40 cloves of garlic chicken

Ingredients

8 chicken thighs with skin
2 Tbs butter
Salt pepper to taste
40 cloves peeled garlic
1 1/2 c chicken broth
1Tbs parsley
Pinch if Thyme (opt)
2 Tbs milk
2 Tbs flour

Instructions

In lg sauce pan melt butter on med heat. Salt and pepper chicken place skin down and brown each side 3 to 4 min. Take chicken out and put garlic in pan brown garlic. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil put chicken back in skin up. Top with parsley and thyme. Cover and cook on LOW 30 min. When done take chicken out mix flour and milk and add to broth.
