Blintze Souffle

Ingredients

12 frozen blintzes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup orange juice
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

Melt butter and pour over frozen blintzes.

In blender, mix : eggs, orange juice, sour cream, and sugar.

Pour over blintzes and top with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, in oblong pyrex dish.

Serve immediately
