Baked Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients

4 T butter
4T flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk

Instructions

Melt butter on low heat, , add flour, salt, pepper stir well
Remove from heat
Gradually add milk... return to heat
Stir constantly until thick
Add chunks of velveta cheese
Combine with elbow macaroni (1 lb )

Put in casserole dish
Cover with more velveta and crumbled potato chips

Bake 1/2 hr.--- 45 mins. 350 degrees
