Ingredients

1 large zucchini
1 tomato
1 large onion
1 green pepper ( diced )
American cheese slices
Bread crumbs
butter

Instructions

Butter a 9 x 13 casserole dish
slice veg. 1/8"
Layer... zucchini, tomato, onion, green pepper
Mix with bread crumbs and melted butter

For variation : omit tomato and top with ketchup or BBQ sauce and substitute cheddar cheese
