Waikiki Spareribs
Ingredients
5 lbs. pork spare ribs2/3 cup thick orange marmalade
1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice (or vinegar)
Instructions
Arrange ribs meat side up, on rack in shallow baking pan (cut to fit pan )Cover pan with foil
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove foil and continue baking anpther 1/2 hr. prepare and boil glaze sauce with other ingredients stirring constantly until thickened
Spoon sauce over ribs and return to oven
Bake at 375 degrees about 25 mins or until tender and browned
