Finger-Licking Chipotle Aioli


Great on tacos, arepas, sandwiches, veggies, and burgers! It has the right amount of kick without being overly spicy. If you prefer a spicier sauce, just increase the amount of chipotle peppers used.

2 whole Chipotle Peppers In Adobo
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper


Add the chipotle peppers, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and sour cream to a food processor. Blend for about 60 seconds, until mixture is very smooth. Add salt and pepper, to taste, and pulse 5-7 times to incorporate. Transfer mixture to container and refrigerate until ready to use.
