2 cups heavy cream1/4 cup buttermilk or sour cream
Instructions
Combine cream and buttermilk in a sterile jar with tight-fitting lid. Shake to combine. Let stand at room temperature until thickened, 24 to 48 hours. Shake gently, then chill until ready to use. It thickens as it chills.Can be keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
