Carmel Corn

Ingredients

6 quarts popcorn
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Melt butter in pan. Stir in sugar and corn syrup along with salt. Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes. Do not stir. Remove from heat. Stir in soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Spread in large shallow pan and bake 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
