Ingredients

Coffee Cake:
1Tablespoon melted butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 egg
2 Tablelspoons cup sour cream
a few drops vanilla
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Crumb Topping
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablelspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
chopped nuts, if desired

Instructions

Mix all coffee cake ingredients together in large mug sprayed with nonstick spray. Cut butter into dry ingredients and sprinkle over cake mix.

Microwave for about a minute. Check to see if it is done. Microwave at 10 second intervals until cake is right consistency.
