Ingredients

1 quart vodka
1 vanilla bean, split
2/3 cup instant coffee
4 cups sugar
2 cups water

Instructions

Cook sugar, water and coffee until dissolved. Do not boil. Cool. Mix in vodka. Place in 1/2 gallon container with vanilla bean.
