Crisp Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

2 large egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons paprika, Hungarian Sweet
1-1/3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1/2 pound blanched almods (whole)
1/2 pound hazelnuts
1/2 pound pecans
6 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

Beat egg whites with salt until very foamy. Gradually beat in sugar, worcestershire, paprike and cayenne. Stir i nuts and butter, combining well. Spread on large shallow cookie sheets (sprayed with non stick spray). Do not use foil.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Scrape onto sheets of foil to cool.
