Ingredients

1/2 lb Butter (1 Cup)
1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
Additional Powder Sugar*
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Walnuts - finely chopped

* Pour additional powder sugar into 2 bowls to roll cookies in after baking.

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, flour, nuts. Roll into 1" - 1 1/4" balls. Bake 12 minutes at 350° Cool for a minute and roll about 5 cookies at a time in first bowl of sugar. Transfer to second bowl and roll again.

I make 45 - 50 cookies per batch. (Double Recipe - each cookie is 0.05 oz = 97 cookies)
