1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs*
1 (14oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (like Eagle Brand)
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 1/2 oz Flaked Coconut (1 Cup)
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (I use walnuts)
Other optional toppings: Sprinkle Butterscotch Chips, Brickle/Toffee Chips, M&M's
* To make your own Graham Cracker crumbs place 8-9 crackers in a sealed plastic bag (a few at a time) and crush with a rolling pin.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass pan). In a 9" x 13" baking pan, melt butter. (I place it on a low heat burner.) Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over melted butter. Pat down lightly. Pour sweetened condensed milk over crumbs. Top evenly with chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, and other toppings. Press down gently. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly before cutting.
